After five years of working with insurance claims, Alison Lomellin knows the secret to great customer service is in the details. Whether it’s digging for that extra bit of information or taking time to answer a client’s question thoroughly, she doesn’t stop until she feels confident she’s delivered 100%.

As a part of the Client Relations team for National Insurance Services of Wisconsin, Inc. (NIS), Alison specializes in Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance. She works with Indiana school corporations and other public sector organizations to make sure every aspect of their benefit needs are given the care they deserve.
